Notes to the rental rates

Minimum rental period = 3 days.
Rentals can start and end on any day. The Daily rate is 1/5 weekly rate

A deposit of 20% is required for all bookings. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival together with a refundable deposit of £200/€300/$400 against breakages & safe key return.
The cost of using air conditioning & heating is included in weekly rates.
Weekly linen & towel change is also included. However beach towels are not provided.
