La Quinta golf course is situated in Benhavis, 10 minutes inland from Puerto Banus, 20 minutes from Marbella & 5 minutes from the motorway to Malaga.

The apartment is ideally suited for either family or golfing holidays and is located in a small development of similar properties on La Quinta golf course. It has 1 twin and 1 double bedroom, bathroom, fully fitted kitchen, dining area, living room with Satellite TV & DVD player, Hi-Fi with CD, radio & cassette player. Bed linen and towels are provided as is a weekly cleaning service. There is air conditioning & heating throughout. There is a large (west facing) terrace (30 sq metres) overlooking the 7th tee. The terrace has a barbeque, table with 4 chairs & 3 sun loungers. There are beautiful established gardens and walkways, 2 communal swimming pools, one of which is next to the property.

The location: With direct motorway access to Malaga International Airport just a 40-minute drive (65 km.). Marbella's city centre and the boutique shopping, sparkling nightlife and Marina of Puerto Banús are within minutes of La Quinta. Within a 5 minute walk of the apartment is the Westin Hotel La Quinta Golf Resort, set amidst splendid gardens the hotel has swimming pools, restaurants, bars, sauna, fitness centre, and an oriental massage centre.

Golf Information: The Golf complex (27 holes) is located next to the Westin Hotel, with panoramic views of mountains and the Marbella coastline. It consists of three combinable courses, each of the courses are demanding due to the design of the fairways, and have greens of excellent quality. The course consists of 3 loops of 9 holes (Guadaiza, San Pedro and Ronda) and a successful Golf Academy with separate practice areas. Former Ryder Cup player and World Champion Manuel Piñero, who also designed the course, together with Antonio Carcía Garrido, supervise the Academy.
